PlayFactoryX

Transparency is a Feature.

At PlayFactoryX, we treat user data with the same precision we apply to game physics engines. This document outlines our strict protocols for handling, storing, and protecting the information that flows through our digital architecture.

Effective Date: 01 January 2026. Last Updated: 01 January 2026.

Quick Scope

  • We only collect what is necessary for site functionality and inquiry processing.
  • No data is sold to third-party advertisers or analytics brokers.
  • Server logs are rotated and anonymized every 30 days.

The Architecture of Collection

We do not employ passive surveillance. Every piece of information we request is explicitly tied to a functional requirement. When you visit PlayFactoryX, our servers automatically ingest standard log data—IP address, browser type, timestamp. This is not "personal data" in our operational view; it is structural telemetry used to maintain uptime and security.

When you initiate contact via our forms, we capture Name, Email, and Message content. This data is encrypted at rest and exists solely within our private infrastructure. It is retained only as long as the business relationship requires. If you cease communication, the data is scrubbed from active records within 90 days.

We don't monetize your privacy. PlayFactoryX operates on client contracts and product sales, not data brokerage. Your visit to our site is a private transaction between your browser and our server. No cookies are deployed for tracking, only for essential session stability.

Processing Grounds

We process personal data based on legitimate interest (site security, basic analytics) and explicit consent (contact forms). Under GDPR (applicable due to our German entity status), you possess the right to access, rectify, or erase your data. To execute these rights, simply email info@playfactoryx.com with "Data Subject Request" in the subject line. We respond within 48 hours.

Third-Party Interfaces

PlayFactoryX operates a closed loop. We do not integrate social media widgets, third-party analytics trackers (e.g., Google Analytics), or advertising pixels. Our static infrastructure means no data is shared with external entities. The only "external" request your browser makes is to fetch Google Fonts for typography rendering, which is governed by Google's own privacy policy.

Common Privacy Failures (And How We Avoid Them)

A look at the industry bad practices that PlayFactoryX explicitly rejects in our infrastructure design.

The "Ghost Cookie"

Many sites drop tracking cookies before the user sees a consent banner. We don't use cookies for tracking. Our cookie plugin handles strictly functional session state, and only activates after explicit user acknowledgment.

The "Leaky Form"

Contact forms that email data in plain text. We use secure transmission layers. While our forms are static, the submission route is encrypted (HTTPS), and we strip metadata from messages upon receipt.

The "Forever Log"

Retaining server logs indefinitely as a "backup." We purge logs automatically. Our infrastructure is configured to rotate server access logs every 30 days, ensuring no long-term IP history.

The "Hidden Vendor"

Using third-party CDNs that inject user profiling scripts. We host locally. All assets, including fonts and images (where possible), are served from our own origin to prevent cross-site leakage.
